Top o' the morning to ya!

Time for a new challenge at High Hopes and this week we want to see
Banners or Bunting
Play along with your High Hopes stamps for the chance to win a new one of your choice.

 My card uses St Patrick's Script sentiment and Leapin Leprechaun - coloured with pencils and clear gloss added to his buckles and buttons.  I masked off my leprechaun and splattered some green paint in the BG.

    Your card is super..love the banners and those wonderful splatters. Leprechauns are always so happy and it cheers me up just looking at your card.
