Birthday giraffe

I had a wee day off from my decorating today ... there's only so much painting a girl can do without going stir crazy!   But I'm very nearly done, just a couple more doors to gloss and then that's me.  Just the rest of the house to do next. Ha.

This card uses more of my old, much unloved psychadellic DP, not much left now thank goodness!  Image from Whipper Snapper, coloured with watercolour pencils which I'm lovin.  Oh and yes Benzi, I did click 'buy' on my new pencil order ... your fault for egging me on (not that I really needed much encouragement LOL!)

    You've colored this long-necked giraffe to perfection. He is so cute. I'm thinking he is smiling because he loves that dp. I think it is very cool, too.

    What a fabulous giraffe image, I love it. As for the psychedelic paper, 'tis not one I would choose but it works well here :O)
