Floral thanks

A wee quickie card tonight, well, when I say "quickie" ...!
It's based on Michele's beautiful card over at the Muse challenge #164 - on her card she has a circular imprint behind her flowers which I fancied copying.  After I faffed about for well over half an hour and ruined several pieces of card I gave up and decided I didn't need it LOL!

My image is one of the first stamps I ever bought from Cornish Heritage Farm (I think!) - coloured with watercolour pencils and popped up on dimensionals.  Spectrum Noir sparkle added to the petals, and clear gloss to the flower centres.

  5. I so know how you feel after your experimenting disaster. I tried to doing some 'splatter' effects in the background of one of my cards recently and it looked like I had poured my drink all over it!!Sometimes its good to stick with what we know, and I know I love these flowers of yours. The colouring is beautiful and love the extra dimension. The stamp you used is fantastic, hopefully you buy some more of these. Always wonderful to see you at ATSM!!

  7. No faffing about here, Lynne!!! this? Perfect without that circle - which was debossed, you know where you put the rubber matt thingy under the cardstock so it doesn't cut? Come for tea, I'll show you =] =] Thanks for playing cards with Muse, Lynne ... it's been such fun!
