Pet Sympathy

Oh dear, sickness and boredom don't go together and while I've been ill I've been shopping!  Bad me, I was doing so well at not buying new crafty stash ;)

I've fancied trying using stencils for ages, so this card shows one of my new goodies ... the wave stencil from Simon Says Stamp.  I've used it with chalk and quite like the random effect.
All other stamps from Paper Smooches.

  1. fantastic card Lynne, and perfect for those times when you need to send thoughts to a fellow pet owner.

  2. Oh I love this cute, adorable card Lynne, it looks really pretty, I was like you Lynne i have tried to stop buying any craft stuff as I have so much stuff, tonight I 'fell off the wagon' so to speak and just bought some Spectrum Noir Pencils, I feel so guilty, lol.

I'm sorry you've been sick...hope you start improving quickly. Crafters have no time to get sick. :-)

  8. This is such a lovely sympathy card - fun enough to cheer someone up, but not OTT, you've struck a perfect balance! The cat is adorable, and the stencilled background is so subtle.

Oh dear, I feel a trip Stateside to SSS coming on..... lol!
