Dedication Day

This was a new request for me.  I've never made a Dedication Day card before, in fact I don't think I've even noticed one in the shops either!

Image from Lili of the Valley - coloured with watercolour pencils.  I think I'll have to get a new alpa set ... sometimes this Paper Smooches set is just a tad too big.

Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Dream Valley Challenge #96 - true blue
A Little Bit Crafty - anything but Christmas
Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge - December
Penny Black and More - December - special occasions
