This card is for my niece ... I can hardly believe she's gonna be 5 already!
I've used my new stamp from Tiddly Inks - coloured with watercolours and clear gloss added to the kitty balloon. Black sparkly peeloffs from stash.
- Layout from Splitcoaststampers SC526

This card is so sweet. Beautiful coloring. Lucky you that the snow is gone. In my part of the U.S.,the snow sticks with us from December to end of March. I'm soooooo tired of it right now, but we're getting more snow today.
Lynne what a fun card!
Thanks for joining our fourth birthday celebrations at LIM!
