Sympathy flowers

I haven't bought myself any new DP for such a long time ... major withdrawal symptoms!!  ... so when I popped into my local craft store to buy some glue I ended up with some lovely Dovecraft papers in my basket too! oops!  Only the one pack though, so I didn't do too badly ;)

I don't have a single sympathy card in my stash, so used this stamp from Whipper Snapper ... coloured with watercolour pencils and popped up on dimensionals.  Sentiment from The Alley Way Stamps.

Layout from Mojo Monday #393
Top Tip Tuesday - 3 of something (3 x gems)
Crafty Catz #274 - 2 or more DPs
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday - spring flowers
Party Time Tuesday #197 - anything goes
Crafty Calendar April - add a sentiment
Creatalicious #73 - anything goes

  1. Love your card, Lynne. What a comfort it will be in time of need. I especially like the sentiment. Almost all sympathy cards say 'my' instead our 'our', or 'I' instead of 'we'. Anyway...great card, as always! Hugs...

  2. Beautiful card with such an interesting layout. I am certain it will be much appreciated when it is put to use. I think you showed amazing restraint in the craft shop. I work so hard at not buying more paper and using what I have. It's hard!!
