Birthday Fish

Our new challenge at High Hopes is ...
In the Air
Play along with your High Hopes stamps to win a new one of your choice :)

My card uses Birthday Fish - coloured with pencils and clear gloss added to his eyes and glitter to the bubbles.
I chalked some clouds and the buildings at the bottom are dies from Paper Smooches - I also put some glitter in a few of the windows.
Easy peasy :)
