I was kinda stumped by this week's challenge at Stamping Bella, but decided to use the inspiration pic as a sketch.
I used 'Felicity and Blair' - coloured with watercolour pencils and Wink of Stella added to the lace on their dresses and to the cupcake icing. Clear gloss and glitter added to the flowers (from Simon Says Stamp), and background swooshed with glimmer mist.

Pretty card! Love that sentiment, too. I like that you didn't use too many colors - it really adds a cohesive feel to your card, and I find it quite calming to have a limited color palette on a card.
