Blue sympathy

I've no sympathy cards in my stash, and I hate making them for such a sad occasion ... but then probably most crafters hate making them too!

Simon Says Stamp have an ombre challenge this week, so I thought I'd have a go.  I just used my chalks and layered it on a bit heavier at the top.  Whipper Snapper stamp - coloured with watercolour pencils.  Paper Smooches sentiment.  Die-namics scribble die.

Very pretty! I have some sympathy cards that are partially made, and I haven't gotten myself to finish them. I'm like you - I'd rather make the happy occasion cards.

I agree, it's the hardest kind of card to make when needed, so I always have a few in my box. Unfortunately they seem to be needed more and more as I get older!
This beautiful card is so serene for for the sad occasion :o)

A beautiful card. I must follow your lead and make some to tuck away, it's always hard to make them at the time you need them.
