Gardening and stars

Gosh it's been over a week since I made a card ... just been busy getting the garden sorted and busy in work too.  So I've had no spare mojo to be crafting!

This little girl (an old Kraftin Kimmie stamp) pretty much sums up what I've been up to.  You could stick a paintbrush in her hand too as the fence got done as well!

It's not very often I make a card with no stamping on it ... I reckon colouring is half the fun!  For this one I just die cut some stars and added a few blue and yellow splatters on the BG to pull it all together.

These are both awesome cards! I love the image on the first one. I've done a fair amount of planting myself over the last week. Those flowers make me happy all summer long, though. I also like the simple design of your starry card. It would work so well for a male, and male cards are hard!!!

Great use of those star dies and well done with combining these challenges! I'm sitting here wondering if the layout is a bit busy for our clean and simple challenge (we like to see lots of white/empty space in the cards in our gallery) but I anyway absolutely love this and don't think it's so very serious! :) Thanks for joining us at Less Is More and I hope to see you playing along in our new OLC Thinking of You Challenge!
