Merry Christmas!

Hi all, just swinging by to wish you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas

It's definitely one with a difference this year!  We're  lucky that mum will be coming to us for Christmas dinner and then we have a 6 week lockdown to look forward to.  But we've been through this since March and we'll get through this too!

On a very sad note, wee Ruby died this week.  She hasn't been well this past month and went very downhill at the weekend and then died on Tuesday.  So we are heartbroken and quite a few years have been shed.  She will be sorely missed.

I'm so, so sorry to hear of Ruby's passing. I know from experience how heartbreaking the loss of a pet is. I know you have many happy memories with her and photos to help you recall how she enriched your life. Hugs and happy holiday wishes to you, my friend. I hope you are able to enjoy tomorrow with your mum.

Oh Lynne - I'm broken hearted for you and your family about the loss of dear little Ruby. They say our pets always take anther piece of our heart with them and I know that only too well from past experience.

Sending you much love and hugs, from afar.

I read about your loss of dear, sweet Ruby on Di's blog and had to come over to say how sorry I am. It looks like Ruby was almost the same age as my Toby, who was born at the end of July in 2005 (also from a puppy farm, I'm afraid). He is in poor health right now, so Ruby's loss especially hit a chord for me. Our little pets are part of the family and just grab hold of our hearts like nothing else. She looks like an adorable little angel and I'm sure she was full of mischief at times as well. I know she will be missed.

So sad to hear that your lovely Ruby has died Lynne and I know you must be devastated. Our pets leave such huge holes in our hearts when they go. Thinking of you and sending hugs as you soldier on through the next lockdown. Vicky xx

I’m so very sorry to read about your sweet Ruby. She was such a beautiful, precious girl, and I so looked forward to her photos. Our little Flake has been gone 6 years tomorrow, and we still cry over missing her. They certainly are a huge part of our families... sending you big hugs, my friend. I’ll be thinking of you. We’ve been sick with Covid, and I’m just now feeling up to hopping around. Love and hugs...
