80th Birthday card

Ha, I don't know what I'm gonna do when I run out of this Lili of the Valley DP ... I think it's been the best used pad I've ever bought!
Anyway, this is a special request card - I was asked to maybe make something with books or travel or the Carribbean if I could and if not, not to worry.  So I pulled out all my stamps, had a play, evenutally chucked my efforts in the bin and went back to my fail-safe Whipper Snapper flowers!
Coloured with watercolour pencils and popped up on dimensionals.
Spectrum Noir sparkle added to the flowers, and clear gloss to the jar.

I kinda got carried away with my faux stitching ... the gingham strip looked better without it, but hey, can't turn back time!

A gorgeous card Lynne and Pat will love it!! As for the papers, check out Nitwits Collections as most of the LOTV paper pads originated from there in digital form...so all is not lost my friend!!

A beautiful card, so delicate. Those papers are gorgeous, I was sad too when they stopped doing the papers. I think the faux stitching looks great, I'm guilty of getting carried away with it too, but you've pulled it off! Cara x
