Image coloured with watercolour pencils. Clear gloss and glitter added to the frills on their dresses. Red dress and wine bottle paper peiced. I hadn't intended to add the swirls, but I managed to rip the notebook edge when I was pulling off the die and needed a cover up!
Oh, and I also got some of these little tiny sequin mix from Taylored Expressions with my voucher, I think I'm gonna LOVE these :)

Their skin colour looks perfect, redheads usually have very delicate skin tones. Love your cover up where the paper ripped, you'd never know. Cara x

Love this super girly card Lynne, your pencil work looks great to me. Let's face it we could all go with a bit of Sun on our faces at the moment!! xx
Lynne, this card is SO awesome! I just love everything about it. So clever of you to use those pretty swirls as a cover-up, too. I'd say that was a happy accident.
What an endearing card! I absolutely love the whole feeling you created with it. You really brought that image to life with your coloring skills and that sentiment made me smile and think of all of the good friends I've been blessed to have in my life. What a meaningful card this would be for any one of them! And ha! I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who rips something wrong and then has to think of a creative cover-up! It worked out so perfectly in your case with the swirls! Nice job! Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
This is a fabulous card, a super image and great sentiment.
