Blue sympathy and rainbow get well

Just a quickie post tonight, the last episode of Poldark is on and I love it!

I'm not sure if I'm loving this card though!  It kinda looked better in my head.  I think it's a wee bit drab so tried to brighten it with some sparkly butterflies.  Still don't like it though!

This one's a wee bit happier ;)
I actually managed to use some of my much unloved washi tape!  Clouds/sun from Lawn Fawn. I added some sparkle to the raindrops and the sun.

Love the shimmer that you've added to the first card and cheeriness of the second. Two wonderful cards!

Thanks so much for playing with us at Time Out!

I think your sympathy card is beautiful. I love all the shades of blue you used. I love the subtle honeycomb stenciling on the right, and the amount of sparkle you added is perfect for a sympathy card. You don't want to overdo it! I think you've struck a perfect babance for this kind of card. Thanks for sharing it with us at Time Out!

oh you are being way too critical Lynne-your card at Time Out has it all, gorgeous colouring, a little dimension and a little sparkle-we love it. And so pleased you joined us. And don't tell me what happened in Poldark, I tape it and haven't watched it yet-no spoilers allowed!

Well, I love both your cards, even if you were a bit dismissive of the first one. :) I also LOVE Poldark. How handsome is he????? My heart skips a beat every time I see him....even at my age!!!!!

Lovely cards as usual, Lynne! The soft colours on the sympathy card are so gentle; and the pop of colour on the Get Well card is really cheerful! I love 'em both!
