This is an oldie Penny Black stamp. I've been using a lot of oldies recently, probably to ease my guilty conscience about buying a couple of new ones from catsonappletrees (Jo, your fault LOL)
I've coloured my little dog with watercolours, Spectrum Noir clear sparkle added to the present, and clear gloss to the ribbon and his nose.
