I've got to make a "new baby" card for my niece, and your cute card is the perfect inspiration! I love the hearts hanging from the top and the little bear in the circle die-cut. I know I have a little heart die, and I also have a cute giraffe die. Will have to get them out and see what I can come up with. Thanks for the inspiration!!
