Christmas Kitty (and a sneaky dog)

My buddy Jo's Christmas challenge this fortnight is Festive Felines, but I had a rummage through my stamps and I couldn't find any Christmas Kitties on their own!  Guess I'm a dog person (Ruby will be glad to hear LOL)

This stamp is an oldie from Keep Cake Graphics - coloured with polychromos.  Glitter added to the serving dish and sparkle to the 'milk' (mines a bit blue as I haven't quite figured out how to 'colour' pure white!)
Snowflake dies are oldies from Paper Smooches and I've no idea of the make of my corner punch.

Your card is so adorable. Love the image. I have a hard time coloring pure white, too. I usually try to add some shadow to it, and it ends up looking dirty!!

Love these sweet critters getting into Santa's cookies and milk....which is exactly what any self-respecting dog and cat would do! (This must be why my parents never had us observe this tradition growing up!! Ha.) Glad you had a photo of Ruby on your sidebar so I could see her...since you mentioned her in your post. She's so cute and looks full of fun and personality!!! I bet she'd eat the cookies!!

I think your coloring looks great! I am no colorist, so the only way I know how to "color" things white is by outlining the item in a very pale blue or gray and then leaving the item uncolored. But don't go by me....my skills never progressed past kindergarten!! lol....

Thanks so much for sharing your Festive Feline at the Christmas Kickstart Challenge!!
