Thank You Di!

You probably already know about the Thank You Di hop that Darnell has going on her blog to celebrate Di's 7 years at Pixies Snippets Playground.  Di is such a sweetie that I wanted to say Thank You too!  It's a great challenge and the only requirement is that you use up some of those left over snippets you have lying on your craft table.  And if you're anything like me you'll have plenty!

So this is my card, using my new stamp from Clearly Besotted.  Coloured with polychromos and I've used up the smallest snippet of this lovely navy card that I knew I'd been saving for something! Though I managed to stick neither strip down straight ;)

What a pretty springtime design, Lynne, and an awesome take on the sketch! Your coloring is lovely and I think the addition of the heart is a sweet touch! Thank you for joining in the Hop to thank our Miss Di! Hugs, Darnell

Those daffodils are so pretty--but it will be months from now before we start seeing them in my neck of the woods. Unless, of course, I cheat and buy them at a flower shop. It warmed up for a day here, but now the temps have plunged into the freezer again. Expecting snow tomorrow. Thanks for sharing your sunny card and brightening my day!

I've been eyeing up those lovely Clearly Besotted daffs... they look so pretty and you've coloured them beautifully. I think you might have 'enabled' me! The whole card looks gorgeous, the layout is lovely and that tiny heart is the perfect embellishment.
